Divine Elements ships all jewellery worldwide with trackable delivery services. The tracking number and instructions will be provided once the order is shipped.

Every piece of Divine Elements jewellery is handmade in Brisbane and takes around 3-4 weeks to produce.

We kindly ask that our customers ensure they provide correct delivery information, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect deliveries due to customer errors.

For Australian orders, all items will be shipped via Express Post with signature on delivery.

For International orders, all items will be shipped via DHL with signature on delivery.

Australian Domestic Orders

All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post express shipping and signature is required upon delivery. Normally, Australia Post express shipping is next business day delivery service within most domestic areas. Some areas may take extra days to deliver. International Orders

All International orders are shipped via DHL trackable delivery. Signature is required upon delivery. 

Duties and Taxes

For all International orders, duties and taxes may be applied depending on countries and corresponding custom regulations. Customers are responsible for all import duty, custom fee and local sale taxes levied by the destination country.
