Resize
When you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us with your desired size within 7 days from the date you receive the package. You will be required to cover the return shipping and re-delivery costs. Resizing all one of a kind jewellery may incur an extra fee.
Warranty
If any normal repair is required (after normal wearing) within 6 months of the purchase date, we will repair it for you at no extra cost. Please contact us for details. We will not provide a refund if it is not a manufacturing fault.
All Divine Elements jewellery is handmade and we use natural gemstones. Therefore, there will be variations between each piece due to the unique nature of gemstones. All jewellery should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear is not considered as a fault.
All Divine Elements jewellery is checked for quality prior to shipping, however, please contact us if you feel there is a fault with your jewellery.
To notify us of the fault, please contact us with your order number, name, address and a photo of the fault with a brief description. We will assess the request on a case by case basis.
If any of our rings have been resized or modified by another jeweller, all warranties will be void.
Repair
We are happy to repair your Divine Elements jewellery. A repair fee may be charged depending on the case. Please contact us for details.
Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders. If resizing is needed for your custom order, please contact us and we will assess the request on a case by case basis as there may be a situation when resizing is not possible. There may also be a fee for resizing.
Change of Mind
All Divine Elements jewellery are non refundable and we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
All return shipping costs incurred in the above cases are at the expense of customers.
